We do not. We are a non-insurance Functional Medicine Provider service.

Yes, functional medicine and conventional treatments can be integrated.  For optimal outcomes, we encourage collaboration between functional medicine practitioners and conventional healthcare providers.


Can Renee Kellems, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, FMACP or any Primary Roots Functional Medicine, LLC providers or coaches function as my PCP?

No, you are required to have an established Primary Care Provider (PCP) and maintain your relationship with your Primary Care Provider (PCP). She will work in collaboration with them to provide you the best possible care. At the present time, we will not function as your Primary Care Provider (PCP).
